Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data Private Leasing collects when you use this site and request a leasing quote.
What we collect
When you submit a leasing request we collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you write. We also store which offer the request relates to, and a one-way hashed value derived from your network address that is used only to limit spam submissions.
Why we use it
We use your contact details to respond to your leasing request and to pass it to the leasing provider behind the offer you selected. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Account data
If you create an account we store your email address and display name so you can see your own requests, saved cars and comparisons. Only you can read your own records.
How long we keep it
Leasing requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and requests at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
